Hey Music Fest Fans-
We want to share the definitive answer on parking at LP Field during CMA Music Fest June 7-10. Please note that vehicles with 4-day Parking Passes may park at LP Field Thursday-Sunday beginning at 8:00 AM/CT until 2 hours after the nightly shows end. Full details are below and also on the Parking & Transit page of CMAfest.com.
Additionally, due to a slight issue with our shipping company some ticket purchasers who also ordered a 4-day Parking Pass did not receive it in their ticket package that was issued in early May. While only an extremely small number of purchasers were affected, we regret that it occurred and apologize for the inconvenience. If you are one of the affected accounts, please retrieve your LP Field Parking Pass at Registration (Bridgestone Arena: Wednesday 9-5; Thursday 9-4; Friday-Sunday 9:30-4) when you also pick up your Registration Bags and ticket lanyards.
FOUR-DAY LP FIELD PARKING PASSES
Four-day Parking Passes for the 2012 CMA Music Festival (June 7-10) are SOLD OUT. (A limited number of nightly passes will be available in lots E and F at LP Field, available for $15 per day/show, per vehicle, on a first-come, first-served basis. Prices subject to change. Additional details follow in the ON-SITE PAY PARKING LP FIELD section.)
Details for Four-day Parking Passes:
- Lots A-D (car/truck/van/SUV parking) and Lot P (RV, motor coach and bus parking) open daily Thursday-Sunday at 8:00 AM.
- All vehicles must be off LP Field grounds 2 hours after the nightly shows end.
- Overnight parking is not permitted.
ON-SITE PAY PARKING LP FIELD
A limited amount of on-site pay parking will be available nightly at LP Field in Lots E & F, just across the Woodland Street Bridge. This parking option is not available for pre-purchase; it is available for purchase on-site on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the following information:
Details for On-Site Pay Parking at LP Field:
- On-Site Pay Parking Fee is $15 per day/show, per vehicle (cash only).
- Lot E open daily Thursday-Sunday at 8:00 AM.
- Lot F open Thursday-Friday at 5:00 PM; Saturday-Sunday at 8:00 AM.
- Additional lots may become available on a nightly basis. Attendants will direct traffic to available lots.
- All vehicles must be off LP Field grounds 2 hours after the nightly shows end.
- Overnight parking is not permitted.

If you have a 4-day parking pass can you come and go if you like and still be able to have a parking spot? For example if we want to leave and go home then come back later, will we still have a parking spot? I’m assuming they only sold the correct amount of parking passes.
Hi Khristina- Yes, you are correct. You can come and go throughout the day in and out of your assigned parking lot. Parking passes were not oversold. Thanks for your question. See you next week!
Question for those of us that did not recieve the parking passes but recieved the other packet. If we come on Wednesday to the Bridgestone Arena, is there somewhere we can go park to get the Registration Bags and ticket lanyards and Parking Pass without having to pay for parking downtown and will the streets be closed in the area on Wednesday? We are looking forward to the Nashville HEAT and the Great Music that we Love!
Hi Terry- Unfortunately, downtown parking is the only option on Wednesday. We’ll post street closures very soon. If possible, I would recommend someone stay with the car (circle the block if need be) while another guest goes to into Registration at Bridgestone Arena to retrieve your parking pass. We are truly, truly sorry for this inconvenience. But we LOVE your attitude, and can’t wait to see you next week!

I am disabled is there an area for handicapped parking as I will be bringing my parking hang tag with me?
Hi Dawn- Accessible parking is available, however you must have a 4-day Accessible Parking pass to use this space at LP Field. All parking is sold out at this point.
Can you enter and leave the parking lot as needed if you have a 4 day parking pass?

Hey Cory, Any idea where the tailgate stage will be set up? Were also waiting for the time schedule to be posted of the performances of all the venues to plan our days (Riverfront and Bud Light stages would be helpful. Our second year coming from NY and we are ready!
Hey Dave- We’ll be posting the Pocket Guide online soon (print version will be available for everybody @ Registration next week). And the Custom Schedule is getting updated right now. In the meantime, I can tell you all stages are now presented in performance order on the site, including Riverfront (Thurs-Sun 10-6) and Bud Light Stage (Thurs, Fri, Sun 11-5:30). Thanks! Could you tell me a little bit about the artist autograph session at Fan Fair Hall on Wed?
Hi Diana- There are no signings on Wednesday. The Festival kicks off Thursday. However, the fans who won autograph passes can pick up their passes on Wednesday from 9-6 at Autograph Ticket Redemption (Nashville Convention Center, look for directional signs inside the Commerce Street doors). Thanks!

Those people with 4-day parking passes may park daily Thursday-Sunday beginning at 8:00 AM and until 2 hours after the concerts end. Overnight parking is not allowed. I hope this helps. Safe travels, Estelle!
Dear Cory, I have the four day parking pass in lot A.I did not however tell them I was handicap when I purchased it.Will that make a difference.Thank you,Paula
Hi Paula- You may ask the attendant for closer parking, however without an accessible parking pass, you will not be able to utilize the handicap spaces for these spaces have been allotted. Please check with the attendant in the lot for help getting the best-available location. Thank you for your question!
Will the shuttles be running after the late show to get us back to vehicles if we end up parking down town due to no parking at LP field?
Great question, Jolene. Yes, the shuttles run after the LP Field shows end. Catch them outside the North End Zone gates (i.e. the gates on the concourse behind the stage area). Thanks!
Do you have any other suggestions for handicapped parking? I am also concerned about being able to get to my stadium seat; I was not injured / handicapped when I bought my tickets and planned my trip to Nashville.

I’m so sorry to hear of your injury, Sheila! Do you have a 4-day parking pass? If so, please check with the lot attendant on-site to see how close they can get you within the lot. Otherwise, please use the shuttles available for 4-day ticket holders. These shuttles drop off at the curb very near a stadium entrance at LP Field.
