Cameras – What kind of camera am I allowed to bring?
- Non-professional cameras are allowed, of course. Some people are a little confused as to what exactly is “professional.” Just make sure the camera you bring doesn’t have a detachable, telephoto lens that is longer than 11 inches.
Fan Social – Is this event still happening? When and where is it?
- YES! The CMA Fan Social presented by CMT will again happen, and we are looking forward to it! It will take place on Saturday, June 9th at a secret location. Keep following CMA (@CountryMusic) and CMT (@FollowCMT) on Twitter for clues as to the top-secret location! We’ll be tweeting clues every day leading up to the event beginning Tuesday, May 29th. Check out the Fan Social page for details and pics from last year’s event:
App updates – When will the CMA APP for iPhone and Android be ready for 2012?
- The iPhone app is available now, so get it in the App Store! \
- The Android app is nearly complete and will SOON be available in the Google Play Store.
- We were asked if the app will be available for BlackBerry, and unfortunately it will not, because recent CMA Music Festival surveys indicate a very small percentage of BlackBerry users amongst the fans attending.

Thursday-Saturday, June 7-9: 8:30 AM – 5 PM
Sunday, June 10: CLOSED (Sunday tickets must be claimed by Saturday at 5 PM)
(If arriving Thursday, you may pick up Thursday autograph passes 8:30-9:30 AM.) - Tickets will be picked up at the AUTOGRAPH TICKET REDEMPTION booth on level 3 of the Nashville Convention Center (Fan Fair Hall). Staff will be on site to help direct you.
- Tickets unclaimed by the specified times will be forfeited.
- If you win multiple tickets for signings on different days, you may pick up all your tickets at one time during one visit to the Autograph Ticket Redemption area.
- Don’t worry, if you don’t win an autograph, there will be plenty of chances to win on-site at the festival. For any other questions on Fan Fair Hall or the new autograph process, check out our website: http://budurl.com/FFHpage
Round 2 of the Autograph Drawing – When is this going to start?
- Round 2 will launch as additional artists are confirmed for the Fan Fair Hall. The CMA team is working diligently to make Round 2 available. We will keep everybody updated! Please stay tuned to CMA EXCLUSIVE e-mails, plus CMA MOB alerts and Facebook and Twitter posts.
Bags/Backpacks – What can I bring into LP Field.
- Backpacks are not allowed into LP Field, but if you have stuff to carry, you can still bring a small bag or purse. Just make sure it isn’t larger than 8-1/2″ x 11″.
- Keep in mind that all bags are subject to search, so don’t try to sneak anything in. More details on stadium policies can be found on LP Field’s website: http://budurl.com/LPpolicies
